Preparation steps

  1. Add black fungus into cold water, until it becomes soft (It swells to many times its size); and then trim off the tough part.
  2. Put them into the boiled water
  3. Get them out and put into cold water
  4. Stir them with soysauce, vinegar,pepper powder,sesame oil ,sugar.
